Ma l&#8217;intesa prevede anche la possibilità di impiego di parte delle risorse dei fondi interprofessionali per la formazione continua dei lavoratori in mobilità. L&#8217;ok è arrivato da tutte le organizzazioni sindacali e dalle associazioni d&#8217;impresa, fatto che il ministro Sacconi ha salutato con particolare soddisfazione: «È il primo accordo firmato da tutti e insieme con le regioni – ha spiegato – nella consapevolezza della difficile sfida che ci attende in questa anno complesso di uscita dalla crisi economica».</span><span style="font-size: 15.0pt; font-family: &amp;amp;amp; mso-fareast-font-family: &amp;amp;amp; mso-bidi-font-family: &amp;amp;amp; color: #404041; mso-fareast-language: IT-CH;"> </span></p>

Nel testo sottoscritto ieri a Palazzo Chigi è stato aggiunto anche l&#8217;impegno a definire, entro il primo semestre del 2011, un «repertorio nazionale dei profili professionali», strumento che secondo Giorgio Santini (Cisl) garantirà a tutti i lavoratori coinvolti in un percorso formativo una certificazione uniforme delle nuove competenze acquisite: «È la chiave – ha spiegato – per uscire dalla Babele regionale che finora ha impedito lo sviluppo dell&#8217;apprendistato». In piena sussidiarietà tutti i soggetti che vi partecipano metteranno a fattor comune tutte le informazioni utili per promuovere «una qualificata occupabilità delle persone». Le risorse da utilizzare in questo percorso di sperimentazione sono quelle note: 2,5 miliardi derivanti dal fondo sociale europeo, il fondo per l&#8217;occupazione e i fondi interprofessionali, alimentati con il contributo dello 0,30% sulle retribuzioni.</span><span style="font-size: 15.0pt; font-family: &amp;amp;amp; mso-fareast-font-family: &amp;amp;amp; mso-bidi-font-family: &amp;amp;amp; color: #404041; mso-fareast-language: IT-CH;"> </span></p>

In pratica si punterà a definire standard minimi nazionali di certificazione delle competenze validi in tutte le regioni, pur tenendo conto dei criteri di certificazione già esistenti.
